Jardin du Luxembourg or the Luxembourg Gardens

Jardin du Luxembourg or the Luxembourg Gardens, is a famous park in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, France. This park is the second largest park in Paris, approximately 22.5 acres. The park is largely devoted to green parterre of gravel and lawn populated with statues and centered on a large octagonal basin of water, with a central jet of water, in which the children sail model boats.

The park is famous for its atmosphere is so calm and comfortable here. Approximately Bassin in balustraded terrace raised a series of statues of former French queens, saints and copies after the Antique. In the southwest corner, there are apple orchards and pear trees and the Theatre des marionnettes (puppet theater). Garden including a playground fenced in large numbers for the children and their parents and vintage carousel. Tuileries Garden

Tuileries Garden is a public park of the famous and historic, located between the Louvre and Place de la Concorde in Paris 1st arrondissement. This park is an enclosed space with a length of five hundred yards and three hundred yards, which separated from the new chateau with a single lane. It is divided into rectangular compartments by six gang, and part planted with grass, flower gardens, and small groups of five trees, called Quinconces, and, more practically, with kitchen gardens and vineyards. Was first opened to the public in 1667, and became a public park after the French Revolution. This park was built in 1564 at the request of Catherine de Medici. Catherine commissioned landscape architect from Florence, Bernard de Carnesse to build an Italian Renaissance garden, with fountains, a maze, and a cave, decorated with images of plants and animals faience, made by Bernard Palissy. And the Tuileries is the largest and most beautiful parks in Paris at that time.
