Millau Bridge

Millau bridge is a bridge which crossed the wires bersanggahkan Tarn River valley near Millau in southern France. This bridge is a bridge "vehicular" highest in the world, with milestones peak at 341 meters (1118 feet), slightly higher than the Eiffel Tower and only 40 m (132 feet) shorter than the Empire State Building.

Millau bridge designed by French bridge engineer Michel Virlogeux was officially opened on December 14, 2004 and opened to traffic on December 16, 2004. With a construction cost of approximately € 400 million. And the bridge is receiving Award 2006 IABSE Outstanding Structure.
