Les Halles

Les Halles is an area which is quite popular in Paris, France. Precisely located in the 1er arrondissement, in the south of fashionable rue Montorgueil.
Les Halles is a traditional market center in Paris. In 1183, King Philippe II Auguste enlarged the market in Paris and built a shelter for the merchants, who came from all directions.
